TC2 Enters a New Growth Phase with Acquisition in Kombinat

Budapest, January 28, 2026 – As it begins its tenth year of operations, TC2 has acquired a majority stake in the Serbian company Kombinat IT Services. The decision follows a year of successful collaboration, during which the two companies worked together on several projects requiring cloud-native system implementations.
The acquisition aims to complement TC2’s platform-level engineering and cloud operations expertise with application modernization and development capabilities, providing clients with unified, business-focused services across the full lifecycle. This step represents the next milestone in TC2’s consciously built growth trajectory.
Over the past ten years, TC2 has evolved from a specialist startup into a regionally relevant, enterprise-focused technology partner. Increasingly, clients have sought solutions where application modernization and development are delivered in a unified approach, alongside stable and scalable cloud platforms.
In 2024, TC2 began closer collaboration with Kombinat IT Services on projects where deep expertise in modern development and DevOps technologies, as well as enterprise-grade delivery standards, were critical. Kombinat complements TC2’s platform-level engineering knowledge with its experience in web, mobile, data, and IoT development, as well as its expertise in cloud-native architectures and AI-based application modernization solutions.
