What is the role about?
The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in supporting TC2’s growth in AWS consulting services by generating and nurturing leads across digital channels. This role combines proactive outreach, marketing automation, and intelligent use of data and AI tools to create new business opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and enjoys connecting with decision-makers to understand their cloud transformation needs. Inside sales will work closely with Business Development and Marketing representatives of TC2, to package and deliver our technical expertise, solutions and experience into business value proposition, finding companies that seek for our help.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound and inbound lead generation campaigns through HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Research and identify potential clients in target industries such as IT services, fintech, manufacturing, and enterprise transformation.
- Create and automate personalized email outreach campaigns using HubSpot workflows and integrated AI tools.
- Qualify leads by assessing their cloud readiness, business fit, and potential for AWS solution adoption.
- Conduct initial discovery calls or message-based interactions to qualify leads and provide information about TC2’s offerings.
- Utilize AI assistants to personalize outreach, summarize engagements, and track pipeline progress.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and campaign analytics in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate closely with field sales to hand overqualified opportunities for deeper engagement and proposal development.
- Provide regular feedback to marketing on campaign performance and lead quality.
What we ask for:
- 2–4 years proven track record of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or sales development within the IT, cloud, or SaaS sector.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud concepts (certification or prior exposure a plus).
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern outreach strategies.
- Working knowledge of AI-based sales tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar).
- Ability to monitor and identify relevant domestic/EU tender opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive, organized, and data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
